[07] This licence enables the holder to remove only asbestos cement products eg. fibro and other non-friable asbestos containing material eg. floor tiles. Applicants must be familiar with the provisions of the Occupational Health Safety & Welfare Act 1986 and Asbestos Regulations 1995, relevant Codes of Practice and Australian Standards. Applicants will also be required to successfully complete an oral and written examination prior to the issue of the licence. Where applicants intend to remove asbestos backed vinyl floor coverings and other friable asbestos products they must hold a full licence - Licence to Carry Out Asbestos Removal Work.

Use this form to apply to SafeWork SA for a licence to mix and use ammonium nitrate. If explosive is stored overnight, a licence to Store on Premises or in a magazine will be required. A licence granted is valid only for the person to whom it is issued, is not transferable and is valid for the place or places and for the particular Ammonium Nitrate mixture specified in the licence, for 1 year.
