Aimed at agents and private landlords this session covers:
- tenants breaching the conditions of their lease
- types of breaches
- what to do when things go wrong
- serving a valid breach notice
- applying to the Residential Tenancies Tribunal
- enforcing a decision of the Residential Tenancies Tribunal.
