The South Australian Certificate of Education (
SACE) Board may be able to provide replacement copies of past certificates and statements including results prior to the introduction of
SACE - fees apply.
Step 1 - complete the form
Complete the order form (PDF 53KB) for the following certificates:
- intermediate
- leaving
- leaving honours
- matriculation
- year 12
- SACE
- some secondary school results.
Step 2 - submit the form
Submit your form with payment in person or by post to:

Record of achievement
Year 11 and 12 students leaving school before the end of the year should ask the school for their Student Achievement Record.
