[DI-07] Recreational rock lobster pots may only be used by the registered holder during the specified rock lobster season. A registration tag must be attached to the top of each pot. Only one registration can be issued per person, with a maximum of 2 pots per registration. Invitations to renew Rock Lobster Registrations are sent to existing registration holders annually. Upon payment of invitation to renew registration, holders will receive pot tag(s) and certificate via mail. Payments can be made by visiting a Service SA Customer Service Centre, Rural Agent, Government Legislation Outlet or online via the PIRSA website.

[DI-07] Commercial Fishing Licence fees are issued annually and may be paid in full or on a quarterly basis. Payments can be made by visiting a Service SA Customer Service Centre, Rural Agent, Government Legislation Outlet or online via the PIRSA website.

[DI-07] Commercial Fishing Licence fees are issued annually and may be paid in full or on a quarterly basis. Late fees are charged by PIRSA 21 days after due date. PIRSA issue a separate penalty invoice for late fees. Penalty fees can be paid by visiting a Service SA Customer Service Centre, Rural Agent, Government Legislation Outlet or online via the PIRSA website.

[07] Recreational Rock Lobster pot registrations are available from 1st August each year and expire on the following 31st May. Registrations are available to anyone over 15 years of age. Pots (limit of two per person) can be registered anytime during the season. Application forms can be downloaded from the PIRSA website.

[07] Lost, stolen or damaged Rock Lobster Pot registration tags must be reported to Fishwatch on 1800 065 522. The registration holder must apply for replacement tags. The application form is available on the PIRSA website.
