2/06/2009 5:56:06 PM [DI-09] In some cases associations change their rules by amending their existing rules. In other cases they change their rules by adopting a completely new set of rules. Either method is acceptable. An Application for registration of alteration to rules must be made on the appropriate forms (Forms 6 & 7) and be accompanied by the appropriate fee (late fees apply if the forms are not lodged within one month of the resolution of the association).
