Getting a copy of your certificate of title

You may need a copy of your certificate of title for various reasons - eg lodging development applications, to apply for council approval for a pergola or extension.

Copies are available online through PropertyAssist. A fee is payable for a copy of a certificate of title.

Search for your property’s information by: 

• address 
• title reference 
• plan or parcel reference.

You can locate your property’s title reference, or plan or parcel reference online through the Property Location Browser.

Alternatively, contact the Land Services Group and order a copy over the phone or over the counter.
