Renewal SA is the trading name of South Australia’s Urban Renewal Authority, which was formally created on 1 March 2012.
Renewal SA is responsible for planning and delivering key economic development and employment land projects to support South Australia’s key economic priorities. This includes the delivery of a number of ongoing urban renewal and employment land programs, projects and activities that were previously the responsibility of Housing SA, Defence SA and the former Land Management Corporation.
Renewal SA works closely with

- Federal and State government agencies
- local councils
- local communities.
