Years 10-12 students study towards the South Australian Certificate of Education (
SACE). Students can choose to incorporate SACE studies with:
SACE
Students working towards the South Australian Certificate of Education study SACE subjects.
SACE provides pathways to further education with some subjects counting towards higher qualifications offered through vocational education and university.
School based apprenticeships and traineeships
Senior secondary students may incorporate a school based apprenticeship or traineeship in their final two years of schooling, whilst studying towards their SACE.
Industry Pathway Programs
Industry Pathway Programs enable students to combine secondary school studies with vocational education and training (VET) to achieve a nationally accredited vocational qualification and their SACE at the same time.
Flexible learning options - ICAN
ICAN is a community based education program for young people aged 12-19 years, who are more suited to flexible learning options than conventional classroom learning. Students work towards their SACE as part of the ICAN program.
